Website descriptions explain capabilities and representative use cases. Submitting a project brief does not create a contract, partnership, confidentiality agreement, service commitment, or obligation to accept work. Enterprise work begins only under separately agreed scope and commercial terms.
Program enrollment and completion documents
Program pages describe the intended format, support, prerequisites, deliverables, and expectations. A captured payment starts the recorded 7-, 45-, or 90-day tenure on that India-calendar date. If the payment remains valid and the enrollment is not on an administrative or provider hold, the applicable completion PDF is queued on the first Sunday after the full tenure ends.
A program completion certificate records the scheduled program tenure. It is not a grade, professional licence, statement that every suggested project artifact was submitted, or guarantee of skill, project quality, employment, interviews, referrals, income, or any other career outcome. Students remain responsible for their work, participation, conduct, and honest representation of what they built.
Included internship appointments
The 45-day AI Project Builder Program and 90-day AI Product Fellowship include the specific internal, remote, unpaid, project-based internship appointment disclosed on the relevant program and checkout pages. The appointment runs concurrently with the paid program tenure. Its offer PDF is queued after verified payment; its completion PDF is queued on the first eligible Sunday after tenure, subject to payment and issuance-hold checks.
The appointment is a learning relationship and is not employment or a promise of a job, external internship, interview, referral, stipend, income, or future engagement. The 7-day AI Mini Build Sprint does not include an internship.
Payments and refunds
Displayed program fees are processed through Razorpay. You are responsible for providing accurate enrollment details. Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the published Refund Policy and applicable mandatory rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or submit malicious content.
- Do not use program support to create harmful, deceptive, unlawful, or rights-infringing systems.
- Do not misrepresent program participation, certificates, public repositories, or another person’s work.
Content and intellectual property
Website design, copy, brand assets, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Public GitHub repositories are governed by their repository contents and any stated license; public visibility alone does not grant unrestricted reuse rights.
Students retain ownership of original project code and content they create, subject to the rights attached to third-party tools, datasets, libraries, templates, and pre-existing materials. AgentRoomAI will seek separate permission before publicly featuring identifiable student work.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but website content, program details, schedules, integrations, and third-party services may change. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every description will remain current without revision.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed in writing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
